PLEASE NOTE: Because many inks are transparent, they may appear differently when printed on paper colors other than those shown in the printer's samples. Very dark papers (such as blues, greens, reds and blacks) will make most inks look muddy, grey or black. We suggest you use metallic gold or silver on very dark papers, as these are not transparent and retain their true color. Heavy coverage, a thick line or bold typestyle, will make an ink color appear darker than a thin line or fine script of the same ink color. There may be subtle differences in the same ink color from dye lot to dye lot.
