SUBMITTING YOUR DIGITAL PHOTO
After you submit your order, you will receive an auto-response acknowledging your order. Please reply to that email and attach your photo as a high resolution JPG (at least 300 dpi). We will contact you if your photo is not the proper format for us to print. Please contact us with any questions regarding your photo. By submitting a photo, you represent to us that you either own the image or that you have permission from the copyright holder or other owner to reproduce the image, and that our reproduction of the image will not violate the rights of any other person. Also, by submitting your order you agree to indemnify us and defend and hold us harmless from all actions, liabilities, damages, losses and expenses, including, but not limited to, attorney's fees and costs, arising out of or relating to: (A) Our possession or reproduction of the image and (B) any breach of your representations in the previous sentence.
TURNAROUND TIME
Turnaround time on holiday cards varies from brand to brand and card to card. Please see the order form for production time estimates for the card you have chosen. Be sure to note where the cards ship from and remember to factor shipping time into your total time estimate. Upgraded shipping (2nd Day Air, Next Day Air) is an option you will be given during checkout.
ADDRESSING SERVICES
We offer discount addressing services with Carlson Craft, Checkerboard and Elite orders in combination with a holiday card order from the same manufacturer (sorry, the Chatsworth Collection does not offer this service). Your envelopes will be addressed with your names and addresses, in the ink color and lettering style of your chioce (some restrictions apply). You simply enter the information online and your order will come to you already addressed. All that's left to do is stuff the envelopes, add a stamp, and put them in the mail!
$1.20 per address for single envelopes
