Method of Payment
We accept MasterCard, Visa, American Express and Discover for online orders. Your credit card will be charged when your custom order prints.
Shipping
Please see our shipping page for details on shipping prices. All items are shipped directly from the manufacturer to you. Any package refused will be subject to additional shipping fees. We cannot ship via Ground to Hawaii or Alaska, only 2nd Day or Overnight options are available for those states.
International Shipping
Invitation Lane ships to the United States, Puerto Rico, and Canada. Canadian customs and taxes may apply to orders shipped to Canada, however Invitation Lane does not estimate or collect these fees. They are due upon delivery and any package refused will be subject to additional shipping fees. We will add $15.00 to any order shipping to Canada, and orders shipping to Puerto Rico must be sent via 2nd Day Air or Overnight delivery at our standard rates.
Turnaround Time
Please inquire about turnaround time for the particular item(s) you are ordering. The turnaround time will vary based on the manufacturer, time of year, and the level of detail and assembly required. Estimated turnaround times are not guaranteed.
Sales Tax
Sales tax is applicable to orders shipped to customers in Washington state. Order shipped elsewhere are exempt from sales tax.
Privacy Policy
Invitation Lane is committed to ensuring your privacy. We will not sell your personal information, including your email address, or distribute it in any manner without your permission. We collect only the information that is necessary to complete your order, shipping information, billing information and credit card information. Invitation Lane is the exclusive holder of the information collected on this site and it is our policy to not sell, share, or rent this information in any way.
Postage
It is the customer's responsibility to determine proper postage of custom stationery, invitations and holiday cards. Please present a completely assembled invitation or card to the Post Office for an exact determination of your postage requirements. Remember that all square or vertical envelopes will definitely require extra postage due to their size. Further postage may be necessary based on weight. Invitation Lane is not able to give postage estimates.
Order Cancellation
If an order is canceled at any time after being placed with Invitation Lane, you will be responsible for any proofs or product in process or printed, in addition to a cancellation fee of $20.00.
Errors or Damage
The printers we work with all stand behind their work, as do we. If there is a error, we will work quickly to see that it is corrected, provided it is our error. All reprints are shipped via 2nd Day Air, or via Ground if it will reach you within 2 business days.
Please order proofs and review them very carefully before approving your order for print. Invitation Lane cannot be held responsible for any spelling or layout errors once proofs have been approved.
Please look over your order when it arrives to make sure it is in order. Report any errors or shortages within 30 days of receipt.
If an order is damaged during shipping, it will be replaced at no charge and shipped via 2nd Day Air, or via Ground if it will reach you within 2 business days. Please retain damaged items, as the manufacturer may request a pick-up of the damaged items.
Returns and Refunds
All sales are final and we cannot accept returns or offer refunds for personalized products. Please research your purchase first by viewing a sample in person and asking any questions about the product before placing your order.
